Dr. David Azouz is a board certified plastic surgeon and reconstructive surgeon with over 25 years experience in Dallas-Fort Worth. His specialties include the Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), Breast Augmentation, Breast Reduction, browlifts, Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), facelift, liposuction, and Rhinoplasty (nose jobs).
Dr. Azouz is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Dallas County Medical Society, International College of Surgeons, Lipolysis Society of North America, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Educational Council, North Texas Chapter of American College of Surgeons, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Texas Medical Association and the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Azouz is certified to practice in Texas, California and Illinois.
Dr. Azouz began his education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and his Master of Science in Immunology. He received his medical training from the McGill Medical School in Montreal, Quebec with a degree as Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery. He served his residency with Toronto General Hospital for General Surgery and The University of Western Ontario for Plastic Surgery. His fellowships included Hand and Microvascular Surgery at Rush-Prespyterian-St. Luke’s Medica Center in Chicago as well as Dermatopathology and Soft Tissue Tumors at University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario.
